"I'm 66 years old and had a clean driving record . State Farm had a gimmick of putting a " beacon " on your windshield that would record your driving . Told me it would provide a " discount " . I have only the basic state required insurance , which is not protection enough . And they could careless about having a conversation with you about a safe amount to have . I'm paying $ 292.04 a month , time to find another company . All they care about is volume in " customers " , lacing in true customer service . As for this agent , she is never in the office . And has sent me condescending emails in questions I have had , no respect ."
