"I called today because I had filed a claim and taken my car into Safelite for a chip repair. The guy working on my car ended up cracking my windshield “beyond repair” fixing the tiniest little chip. I called and the agent and explained what was happening because I was feeling very stressed. Safelite never mentioned that this could happen until, well, it already had! I can’t remember the agents name but he immediately went to bat for me. He asked that I put the tech on the phone but he ended up speaking to the Safelite location’s manager. He said he was also going to call Safelite’s resolution center and hopefully get something worked out for me because what happened isn’t right. It just felt good that the agent cared about my experience and was willing to go above and beyond to try and work something out for me! Thank you!"

"I can’t express how much I appreciate everything Bernardo has done for me. I had been shopping around for new home insurance for quite some time but kept putting it off. Bernardo was incredibly patient and persistent, continuing to follow up with me and making sure I understood my options and got the right coverage at a reasonable price.
I eventually switched my auto insurance over to them as well and insured my home through their agency. I ended up paying significantly less than what I was previously paying with GEICO while getting substantially better coverage.
The customer service has also been superb. Bernardo is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything and answer all of my questions.
I highly recommend reaching out to Jessica Schaefer’s agency and speaking with Bernardo about your insurance needs. I’m very happy I made the switch!"
